Vertical Blade Filter is a kind of filtration equipment, which is mainly suitable for clarification filtration, crystallisation, decolourisation oil filtration in chemical, pharmaceutical and oil industries. It mainly solves the problems of cotton seed, rapeseed, castor and other machine-pressed oi, such as filtering difficulties, not easy to discharge slag. In addition, no filter paper or cloth used, only a small amount of filter aid, resulting in low filtration costs.
The filtrate is pumped into the tank through the inlet pipe and filled with, under the action of pressure, the solid impurities are intercepted by the filter screen and formed filter cake, filtrate flows out of the tank through the outlet pipe, so as to get clear filtrate.
