Beer filter for removing cloudy floaters

Project description

Beer filter for removing cloudy floaters

Product description

The customer filters the beer after precipitation, the customer first uses a stainless steel filter press to filter the fermented beer to remove a large amount of solids. The filtered beer is filtered using a diatomaceous earth filter. The filtered beer is transferred to a pasteurizer for sterilization and then transferred to the customer's finished tank.

This time we are responsible for the fine filtration and sterilization of beer.

The first is the fine filtration part: the purpose is to remove small solid impurities, such as yeast (3-5 microns), colloids and other small impurity solids. First, the beer to be filtered and diatomaceous earth are fully mixed in the mixing tank, and then the first filter is pre-coated, and a layer of diatomaceous earth filter is formed on the surface of the filter core, and then the formal filtration begins.

Why do most wines choose to use diatomaceous earth filters? This is because simple filtration can not remove fine colloids, after filtering for a period of time, the wine will produce floating substances, which will affect the quality of the wine. Diatomaceous earth can adsorb these colloids. In addition, the use of diatomaceous earth filtration of wine products will not affect the taste.

The first filter is mainly to filter out the diatomite in the mixture, the second filter is more accurate, the purpose is to further fine filtration, filter out finer solid impurities (diatomite, yeast, colloids, etc.)

Finally, the beer is transferred to a pasteurized tank for constant temperature sterilization.
