二. Working Principle

The self-cleaning filter mainly works on the principle of filter net intercepting impurities and automatic backwashing. When the water flows into the filter, the water will pass through the filter, and the impurities in the water are retained in the inner side of the filter. As the filtration process continues, the impurities on the screen gradually increase, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen. When the pressure difference reaches a preset value, the self-cleaning system starts automatically. At this time, the discharge valve opens, the motor controls the rotation of the brush/steel brush to scrape off the impurities on the inner wall of the filter mesh, and the impurities retained on the mesh fall off and are discharged through the discharge port. During the cleaning process, the filter does not need to be shut down and can still continue to carry out filtration work, thus realizing continuous and uninterrupted high-efficiency filtration. This automatic cleaning mechanism can remove the impurities on the filter mesh in time to ensure that the filter mesh always maintains good filtration performance, which greatly extends the service life of the equipment.

1. Filtration precision: A variety of filtration precision options are available, ranging from 10 microns to 3000 microns, to meet the requirements of different industries for water filtration precision. For example, in electronic chip manufacturing and other industries with extremely high water quality requirements, 10 micron high-precision filtration can be used; while in general industrial circulating water systems, 100 micron - 500 micron filtration precision usually meets the demand.

2. Flow rate range: The flow rate range of the filter is wide, the minimum flow rate can be up to a few cubic meters per hour, and the maximum flow rate can be as high as thousands of cubic meters per hour. The specific flow rate can be customized according to the actual project requirements, to ensure that the equipment can match different sizes of water treatment systems.

3. Working Pressure: The working pressure range is generally between 0.1MPa - 1.6MPa, which can adapt to most of the conventional water supply and industrial piping system pressure. In some special high-pressure environments, self-cleaning filters with higher working pressure can also be customized.

4. Cleaning time: the time for each automatic cleaning can be adjusted according to the actual situation, usually between 10 seconds and 60 seconds. A shorter cleaning time can reduce the waste of water and ensure that the filter can quickly return to the best filtration state.

5. Control mode: There are various control modes, including differential pressure control, time control and manual control. Differential pressure control can automatically start the cleaning program according to the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter; time control carries out regular cleaning according to preset time intervals; manual control allows the operator to start the cleaning operation at any time when needed, which is convenient and flexible.
