Self-cleaning filter is mainly used in petroleum, food, chemical industry, now to introduce the working principle of Junyi series automatic self cleaning filter machine .
(1)Filtering status: Liquid flows inside from the inlet. The liquid flows outwards from the inner of the filtermesh and flows out from the outlet, the impurities are intercepted.
(2)Cleaning status: With the passage of time, the internal impurities gradually increase, the differential pres-sure rises. When the differential pressure or the timing reach the set value, the motorruns to drive the scraper/brush to rotate horizontally to clean the filter mesh. when ro-tates, impurities are cleaned off and dropped to the bottom of the filter.
(3)Discharging status: After the filter mesh is cleaned several seconds, the filtering ability is restored. Thedrain valve is opened automatically, and the waste liquid containing high concentrationof impurities is discharged.
