Diesel fuel purchased in large quantities contains traces of impurities and water due to the means of transportation, so it is necessary to purify it before use. Our factory adopts multi-stage filtration to purify it, usually in the following way:
Bag filter + PP membrane folded cartridge filter + oil-water separator, or bag filter + PE cartridge filter + oil-water separator.
First of all, the filter to remove solid impurities. PP membrane folded cartridge filter high precision, better purification effect, but the demand for cartridges. The PE cartridge is not as good as the PP membrane folded cartridge filtration effect, but the cartridge can be recycled, more economical.
Secondly, the oil-water separator adopts agglomerated cartridge and separation cartridge to separate the water in the oil.
Diesel fuel purification system
This unit of Diesel fuel purification system contains the following items.
1st filtration stage: Bag filter
2nd filtration stage: PE cartridge filter
3rd and 4th filtration stage: Oil-water separator
Gear oil pump for diesel oil feeding
Accessories: Seal rings, pressure gauges, valves and pipes between pump and filters. All the unit is fixed on the base with wheels.
