Filter bag broken is the most common problem in bag filter housing.
There are 2 conditions: inner surface rupture and outer surface rupture.
Under the continuous impact of the feed liquid, the solid particles carried by the feed liquid, especially those with high hardness and irregular shapes, cause continuous scratching on the inner surface of the filter bag, leading to fatigue of the filter medium strength and damage;
The outer surface rupture is caused by continuous friction between the filter bag and the supporting filter basket. The gaps in the supporting filter basket compress and pull the filter medium on the outer surface of the filter bag, tearing off the fiber structure of the filter bag and causing rupture.
In addition, due to defects in the design and manufacturing of the bag filter housing, the filter bag cannot fully adhere to the filter basket. During filtration, under the scouring of the filter material liquid, the filter bag undergoes longitudinal and transverse stress stretching, which is also one of the factors causing the rupture of the filter bag.
