1. Project background
A well-known chemical enterprise needs to fine filter key raw materials in the production process to remove small particles and impurities, and ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent process and the stability of product quality. Taking into account the corrosiveness of raw materials, operating pressure and flow requirements, under the communication and suggestion of Shanghai Junyi, the company decided to use customized basket filter as the core filtration equipment.
2, product specifications and technical highlights
Liquid contact material: 316L stainless steel
316L stainless steel is selected as the main material of liquid contact, because of its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the filter under harsh conditions, while meeting the food hygiene standards, suitable for filtration of a variety of sensitive media.
Filter structure and aperture：
The composite filter structure of “perforated plate + steel wire mesh + skeleton” is adopted to effectively enhance the strength and filtration accuracy of the filter screen.
The filter aperture is set to 100 mesh, which can fine capture particles with a diameter greater than 0.15mm to meet the needs of high-precision filtration.
Inlet and outlet diameter and sewage outlet design：
The inlet and outlet calibers are DN200PN10, ensuring that the filter is compatible with existing piping systems and can withstand certain working pressures.
The sewage outlet is designed as DN100PN10 to facilitate regular cleaning of accumulated impurities, maintain the filtration efficiency of the filter and maintain the performance of the equipment.
Flushing system：
Equipped with DN50PN10 flushing water inlet, support online flushing function, can remove impurities attached to the surface of the filter in the state of non-stop, extend the cleaning cycle, improve production efficiency.
Cylinder structure and strength：
The diameter of the cylinder is 600mm, the wall thickness is 4mm, and the high-strength structural design is adopted, combined with the design pressure of 1.0Mpa, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment under the actual filtration pressure of 0.5Mpa.
Equipment size and height
The overall height is about 1600mm, and the compact and reasonable layout is easy to install and maintain, while ensuring sufficient internal space for the filter and flushing system.
