American trolley oil filter industry application case: Efficient and flexible hydraulic oil purification solution

I. Project background

A large machinery manufacturing and maintenance company in the United States has put forward higher requirements for the maintenance and management of hydraulic systems. Therefore, the company decided to introduce a pushcart type oil filter from Shanghai Junyi to improve the efficiency and flexibility of hydraulic oil filtration and ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system.

2、equipment customization and specifications

In order to meet the specific needs of customers, Shanghai Junyi designed and manufactured a high-performance pushcart type oil filter, the specific specifications are as follows:

Flow rate: 38L/M to ensure efficient filtration without affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

Simplified material: Made of high-strength carbon steel, with structural stability, suitable for various working environments.

Filtration system:

Primary and secondary filtration: high efficiency wire mesh filter element is used to achieve multi-stage filtration to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil reaches 10 microns or less.

Filter size: 150*600mm, large size filter design, improve filtration efficiency.

Structure size:

Simplified diameter: 219mm, compact and reasonable, easy to move and operate.

Height: 800mm, combined with the cart design, to achieve flexible movement and stable operation.

Operating temperature: ≤100℃, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in the conventional working environment. The maximum working temperature is set at 66℃, which is suitable for some special working conditions.

Maximum working pressure: 1.0MPa, to meet the high pressure filtration requirements of hydraulic system.

Sealing material: butyl cyanide rubber seals are used to ensure the tightness of the system.

Additional features:

Pressure gauge: real-time monitoring of filtration system pressure to ensure safety.

Exhaust valve: quickly remove the air in the system to avoid the impact of air resistance.

Sight mirror (visual indicator) : visual observation of oil condition, easy to daily inspection and maintenance.

Electrical configuration: 220V/3 phase /60HZ, in line with the requirements of the American standard power supply, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Safety design: There is a spare bypass valve on the two filter elements. When the filter element is blocked or needs to be replaced, it can automatically switch to the bypass mode to ensure the continuous operation of the hydraulic system. At the same time, set pressure protection, when the pressure is too high automatic alarm or stop.

Oil compatibility: Suitable for hydraulic oil maximum kinemant viscosity of 1000SUS(215 cSt), widely used in a variety of hydraulic oil products.

3. Application effect

The flexibility and efficiency of hydraulic oil filtration are significantly improved after the trolley type oil filter is put into use. Fast movement between multiple stations improves production efficiency. At the same time, the high-precision filtration system ensures the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, reduces the failure rate, and extends the life of the equipment.
